About this role
Role Summary The Project Manager is accountable for end‑to‑end coordination of operations and sustainment activities for the project, ensuring continued availability, security, and performance of the system in support of peacetime operations. The role acts as the primary integrator across the stakeholders and RAiD, and the technical team, with a strong emphasis on incident management, vulnerability remediation, and governance compliance. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate software sustainment activities, including incident, problem, service request, and change management. • Manage prioritisation and tracking of operational tickets to ensure timely resolution aligned with operational urgency. • Oversee remediation of security issues, including CVEs, host-level exposures, network weaknesses, expired certificates, and service accounts. • Ensure timely application of security patches and software/library updates to prevent operational or compliance risks. • Manage schedules, risks, and dependencies across the sustainment lifecycle, ensuring continuity of operations. • Maintain auditable records of issues, decisions, and changes to support governance and compliance requirements. Candidate Requirements • Proven experience managing software operations and sustainment for mission‑critical or enterprise systems (Prefer at least 5 years of experience). • Strong background in IT service management (incident, problem, change, and release management). • Familiarity with security and compliance processes, including vulnerability remediation and audit support. • Strong stakeholder coordination skills across operational users, engineering teams, and governance bodies. • Experience operating in regulated or operationally sensitive environments is strongly preferred. • Eligible to work in Singapore and eligible to obtain the required security clearance for access to RSAF operational systems.
