About this role
Responsibilities: • Strong in project management skills, comes with marketing background having managed both media and creative comms work. • Lead the development and implementation of effective integrated marketing campaigns. • Must be able to understand the marketing terms, able to assess work and articulate feedback to creative agency, media agency and media owner). • Monitor, optimise and evaluate campaign performance based on agreed metrics, refine campaign messages, mechanics, and execution to ensure that targets are met. • Manage budgets, procurement, invoicing, forecasting, accruals, and project timelines to ensure timely delivery and achieve value for money for campaign deliverables. • Manage stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration. • Manage appointed creative, media, research and other third-party agencies for effective results and performance. • Handle other project management tasks e.g. regular reporting and presentation requirements. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Minimum 5 years proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies. • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, media planning, and customer experience management. • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to quickly adapt to fluid situations. • Prior working experience working in public sector will be advantageous. • Ability to effectively manage cross-level stakeholders including senior management, stakeholders from different business units and external agencies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • High level of meticulousness with an eye for detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • General interest in health and wellness.
