About this role
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee corporate office fit-out projects and building reinstatement works. The role is responsible for managing projects throughout the full lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to execution and final handover, ensuring all works are completed within budget, timeline, and regulatory requirements. Corporate Office Fit-Out Projects• Lead and manage office fit-out projects, including planning, design coordination, procurement, and construction activities. • Coordinate closely with consultants, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver functional and efficient workplace environments. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and building regulations. • Monitor project budgets, evaluate variations, track expenditures, and implement effective cost control measures. Building Reinstatement Projects• Manage reinstatement works to restore premises to original or agreed conditions in accordance with lease and statutory requirements. • Oversee demolition, make-good, and restoration works while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. • Liaise with landlords, property managers, contractors, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project execution and handover. • Monitor project schedules and costs to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. General Project Management• Serve as the key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, consultants, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide regular project updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain effective communication across all parties. • Identify potential project risks proactively and implement mitigation measures where necessary. • Manage contract administration, project documentation, and variation works. • Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learnt to support continuous improvement initiatives.
