Project Planner - Railway #JTL

• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules in consultation with the project team, ensuring alignment with master construction programme and contractual milestones. • Coordinate and obtain inputs from engineering teams, site construction teams, systemwide contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to support the development of integrated project programmes. • Prepare progress forecasts and rolling programmes, systems installation, testing & commissioning (T&C), and handover activities. • Coordinate with client’s planner on programme and progress matters • Update, track, and report project progress against approved baseline schedule and key milestones. • Monitor and control progress to ensure turnover, sectional completion, and cost performance are in line with the master construction programme. • Ensure project orders and deliveries are in accordance with agreed schedules. • Prepare and submit monthly progress reports including S-curves, critical path analysis, variance analysis, and supporting documentation in accordance with reporting requirements. Qualifications & Experience: • Diploma or Degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification. • Relevant experience in Singapore railway projects, preferably in trackwork installation. • Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project will be an added advantage.
