About this role
Work location: Tuas (shuttle transportation provided) Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours Salary: up to $7000 per month 6 months contract (subject to extension) Job Scope: • Update and maintain the overall project schedule on a weekly basis • Collect and consolidate progress updates from project execution teams • Update Primavera P6 schedules and reforecast remaining activities • Prepare and maintain project progress reports • Update S-Curves and monitor project performance against planned progress • Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts to project milestones • Develop and manage the schedule for a planned project shutdown • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project information and status updates • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and recommendations Requirements: • Previous experience as a Project Scheduler, Planning Engineer, Project Planner, or similar role in a large project environment • Proficient in using Primavera 6 for forecasting • Experience preparing progress reports and S-Curve updates Interested applicants may apply or email your CV to nadirah.hirwandy@tg-hr.com SINGAPOREANS ONLY
