About this role
RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) : • Assist and support the Contracts Manager in purchasing activities including sourcing, purchasing, procurement, matching invoice and DO for payment certification and/or variation order. • To maintain the database and summary of purchasing including vendors, material price, market price fluctuation and movement, etc. • To support and work with operation team to source and procure correct machinery/ equipment/ material and to manage the suppliers to ensure deliveries are on schedule and prompt payment to supplier. • Other purchasing duties as assigned from time to time. REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) : • Candidate should possess a Diploma in Purchasing and or Related Fields Surveying fields. • Related purchaser experience in civil engineering or construction industry is an advantage • Candidate must have at least 3 years experience in purchasing or procurement. • This is a contract position and candidate must be able to commit to the contract period.
