QA Manager, Insurance (Banking)

JD PURPOSE The QA Manager isresponsible for defining, governing, and executing end‑to‑end testing to ensurehigh‑quality delivery across projects and releases. The role owns the testingstrategy, manages the full testing lifecycle, develops QA capability, andensures testing is comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with business anddelivery timelines. KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES QA Governance ·        Define, implement, and maintain the QA &UAT operating model across projects ·        Establish and enforce testing standards,frameworks, and quality controls ·        Ensure requirement traceability and testingcoverage across all deliveries ·        Provide overall governance for QA and UATactivities Test Planning andManagement: ·       Define test strategy,scope, and approach for projects and releases ·       Develop and manage QA &UAT test plans, test cycles, and test matrices ·       Perform test effortestimation for QA and UAT, including resource demand planning ·       Identify testingdependencies, risks, and mitigation plans with stakeholders ·       Define and track QA metricsto measure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness ·       Drive continuousimprovement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies TestExecution& Delivery Management: ·       Manage and oversee execution of test plans, cycles,and defect management ·       Coordinate QA and UAT activities with project teamsand business users ·       Ensure test results are accurate, consistent, andmeet quality standards ·       Supportbusiness readiness and production/live deployment activities People &Capability Management: ·       Train, coach, and onboardnew QA resources ·       Provide regular teststatus, risk, and quality reporting ·       Communicate test decisions,issues, and impacts clearly and proactively Stakeholder& Reporting Management: ·       Act as the primary QA pointof contact for project managers and stakeholders ·       Assign and manage QAresources across test cycles and projects ·       Ensure consistent testingpractices and quality outcomes across the team
