QE Consultant

Job Summary Role: QE Consultant Start: ASAP Duration: 12 Months Location: Singapore Requirements: - 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or related domain. - Proven experience in QE Project Management for large-scale, enterprise-level applications. - Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with AliCloud (Alibaba Cloud) services. - Strong understanding of AI concepts and applications in software testing/QE. - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Expertise in: - Test strategy and planning - Test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc.) - CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration - Agile / Scrum methodologies Preferred Skills: - Experience with cloud-native testing and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with AI/ML tools or frameworks used in testing. - Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Certifications such as: - ISTQB / CSTE - PMP / Scrum Master - Cloud certifications (Alibaba Cloud / AWS / Azure) Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) initiatives across multiple projects and programs. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QE practices, frameworks, tools, and methodologies. - Drive QE project management activities, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, DevOps, Product, Business) to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Design and implement test strategies, including functional, automation, performance, and security testing. - Provide leadership in test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration. - Leverage AliCloud services for QE environments, test infrastructure, and cloud-based validation. - Apply AI-driven testing approaches, such as intelligent test automation, predictive analytics, and defect analysis. - Mentor and guide QE teams, promoting best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership, in both Mandarin and English.
