Quality Manager, 1 Year Contract (EMS)

Job Highlights: • Location: Jurong East • 1-Year Contract (Renewable / Convertible) • Salary: Up to $6,000 • Bonus: 1-month completion bonus • Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm • Working Days: Monday – Friday About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to support customer-facing quality operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role involves managing quality performance, handling customer feedback, and ensuring continuous improvement in product quality. Key Responsibilities • Provide quality support and act as the main point of contact for customers in Singapore • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including complaint rates and yield performance • Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to resolve quality issues • Receive, investigate, and track customer feedback and quality anomalies • Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality • Apply quality tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Job Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality management within manufacturing / EMS environment • Familiar with quality tools and methodologies (e.g. root cause analysis, CAPA, etc.) • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Customer-focused with good stakeholder management abilities • Willing to travel overseas (1–2 times per year) Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
