How to Apply: Click Apply Now, or send your resume directly to: Talent@BuildBridgePartners.com Responsibilities • Manage the full spectrum of quantity surveying and contract administration duties from pre- to post-contract stages. • Prepare cost estimates, tender documentation, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) in accordance with project specifications. • Evaluate tender submissions and assist in tender clarifications and contract award recommendations. • Administer progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. • Provide cost control and monitoring throughout project lifecycle to ensure compliance with budget and contractual terms. • Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters. • Review contract terms and identify potential risks, variations, and claims. • Support project team in procurement and subcontract management activities. • Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and statutory requirements.
