Job Description: • Review contractual requirements • Provide advice on contractual matters • Oversee and manage contractual claims, disputes, settlements and resolution of each projects • Oversee and tracking for progress of construction and milestone achievement of each projects • Maintain and develop relations with authority, clients, consultants and business partners • Involve in tender management and coordination Requirements: • A recognized degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry • Possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal • Possess strong and confident personality • Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration and variation orders • Good leadership and organizing abilities • Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and a good team player
