About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare contract documents, taking off quantities, providing cost and managing cost • Prepare tender document, calling quotations and evaluate tender submissions • Prepare quotations, and following up with Contractors • Prepare monthly progress claims and certification of subcontractor's claim • Track and forecast budget and costing for projects Requirements: • Minimum diploma in building, quantity surveying or construction related background • Minimum of 2 years experience in Building Sector • Proficiency with MS Office application • Experience in steel, aluminium and metal works industry is preferred
