Quantity Surveyor In Electrical Contractor

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare contract documents, taking off quantities, providing cost and managing cost • Prepare tender document, calling quotations and evaluate tender submissions • Prepare quotations, and following up with Contractors • Prepare monthly progress claims and certification of subcontractor's claim Requirements: • Minimum diploma in building, quantity surveying or construction related background • Minimum of 2 years experience in Electrical Construction Sector • Ability to work independently and well under pressure to meet crucial deadlines • Willingness to work overtime or weekend when required • Proficiency with MS Office application • Experience in electrical works industry is preferred How to apply: • Interested candidates are welcomed to email a comprehensive resume, stating current and expected salary and date of availability to: alice.kok@hph-engrg.com.sg • Remuneration and appointment will commensurate with qualifications and experience • We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
