Quantity Surveyor (M&E | 1 year Contract)

Role: Quantity Surveyor (M&E) Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 + VB + Allowances Working hours: MON- FRI Location: West Key responsibilities: • Supports both pre and post-contract administration across assigned projects. • Reviews specifications, performs quantity take-offs, prepares cost estimates, and coordinates with relevant stakeholders. • Ensures compliance with contractual terms and conditions throughout project execution. • Works closely with project teams while maintaining effective collaboration with internal and external parties. • Assists in managing and resolving commercial and contractual matters. • Oversees procurement processes, ensuring cost control and budget alignment. • Handles contract administration and maintains accurate project documentation. • Prepares and manages progress claims, valuations, and final accounts. • Participates in site visits and project meetings as required.
