About this role
To coordinate andprepare proposal documents, prepare cost estimates, risks and contractualreviews in relation to the pursuit of projects and to enter all order detailson Macola and / or Sales Management System. Responsibilities 1. Review of enquiries and contract tenders. 2. Ensuring that relevant sections of the ITT are distributed internally to the appropriate departments. 3. Attending meetings with tender pursuit team and identify responsibilities, required inputs and key dates. Must actively pursue this to ensure target dates are met. 4. Review of all information relating to bid, clarification of responses received from internal support departments and insertion of qualifications into bid document as appropriate. 5. Gathering support information from internal drives for insertion into bid document. 6. Preparation and compilation of quotes and proposals in accordance with ITT guidelines. 7. Maintaining single point of contact for the client during the bid and bid clarification phases. 8. Distributing bid clarification documents to the responsible personnel, expediting the timely response therefrom and submitting the clarification responses to the client. 9. Complying with Quality and HSE regulations, policies, procedures as applicable to function. 10. Gathering and maintaining standard information packages in support of tenders. 11. Prepare Cost Estimates for commercial discussion to determine Bid Price. 12. Assisting Sales Admin Clerks with sales order entry and revisions in Macola. 13. Assisting with the training and mentoring of Quotations Coordinators. 14. Assisting with the distribution of workload in the department.
