About this role
• Work Location - Changi, East Region • Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm • Monthly Salary - up to $3000 • 2 years contract Job Scope: • Provide courteous and professional front desk service to visitors and staff • Welcome guests, manage enquiries, and handle incoming calls efficiently • Receive and manage mail, deliveries, and escalate suspicious items when required • Ensure reception area is clean, presentable, and operational at all times • Manage reception inventory and equipment • Provide administrative and ad hoc clerical support • Support meetings (e.g. attendee coordination, basic setup, liaison support) Requirements: • Diploma in relevant field • Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to handle calls, enquiries, and visitors efficiently Interested candidates, kindly email your resume to: zuli.ng@tg-hr.com We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
