Key Responsibilities: • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; maintain and update phone lists • Welcome and assist visitors, handle registrations, notify hosts, and manage access • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services • Maintain meeting rooms, assist with bookings, and prepare refreshments • Monitor pantry inventory, report equipment issues, and provide general administrative support • Manage staff lockers, process travel claims, and oversee office equipment, including golf equipment • Perform additional tasks as assigned Requirements: • GCE ‘O’ Level or above • Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or related roles • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Friendly, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor Interested applicants, please email to agnes.ng@persolapac.com Thank you for your interest but only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
