About this role
We have an opening for the following position: Receptionist cum Administrative Junior Executive (6 months contract)Responsibilities & Duties– Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer their queries – Manage meeting room bookings – Co-ordinate with tea attendants to serve drinks to clients and visitors – Coordinate overseas courier request – Frank mails and ensure cost recovery – Route incoming fax – Take on any other duties as and when assigned Qualifications / Skills: • Relevant working experience in similar roles preferred • Maintain a professional appearance at all times • PC literate and good knowledge of Microsoft office software (especially Excel and Word) • Meticulous, strong organization and communication skills • A ‘can do’ attitude, is a team player with initiatives • Good writing skills and phone mannerism • Ability to multitask and adapt to environment A competitive and attractive remuneration package awaits the successful candidate.
