About this role
Responsibilities • Manage phone calls and attend to client inquiries • Call, schedule and remind customers to confirm their appointment • Introduce promotional offers • Provide administrative, co-ordination and any other relevant support to the marketing team, if required • Contribute to marketing effectiveness by supporting the campaigns and promotions on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google • Provide good customer service • Any other duties which may be assigned Requirements • 4 or 5 days X 4 hours work week • Basic PC skills required • Customer Service background would be an added advantage • Friendly and warm personality • Able to start work immediately or within short notice • Preferably with some relevant experience
