Join our team in a dynamic outsourced project role! We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual to be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth front desk operations and a positive experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all incoming calls and general enquiries in a prompt and professional manner • Attend to walk-in visitors, contractors, and guests, ensuring proper registration and issuance of visitor passes • Record and handle messages, ensuring timely call-backs when required • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services accurately • Coordinate basic administrative support such as arranging maintenance or replenishment of ink cartridges/toners for copiers • Ensure adherence to organization’s procedures, security protocols, and service standards • Maintain a neat, presentable, and well-organised reception area at all times • Any other ad-hoc administration duties as assigned Requirements: • At least GCE 'O' Level qualification, including passes in English and Mathematics • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in receptionist/frontline customer service role • Certified in professional and effective telephone handling skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Professional, polite, and customer-oriented • Able to speak English and Mandarin Chinese Working Time Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to6:00 pm Job Type: Full-time, Contract Contract Length: 36 months Work Location: In-person
