In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for contract and temporary positions, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensure smooth contractor engagement throughout their employment lifecycle. What You Will Do 🔍 Talent Acquisition• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for contract/temporary roles • Conduct interviews and assess suitability • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines 🤝 Client Acquisition and Engagement • Recruit new client • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs • Deliver market insights and consultative recommendations • Ensure excellent service delivery and relationship management 📄 Contracting & Onboarding• Ensure all compliance, documentation, and payroll details are accurate • Manage contract renewals, extensions, and offboarding 👥 Contractor Care• Maintain regular contact with deployed contractors • Resolve inquiries related to payroll, timesheets, and assignments • Provide ongoing support to ensure positive employment experience 📊 KPI Management & Reporting• Meet targets across placements, activity metrics, and revenue • Keep recruitment systems updated with accurate data • Prepare periodic reports on hiring progress and contract status What We’re Looking For• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline • Experience in recruitment (agency or in‑house), ideally in contracting/temp roles • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High energy, resilience, and a results-driven mindset • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume workloads What You’ll Enjoy• Competitive salary + attractive commission scheme • Career growth and structured training • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Opportunity to work with a wide range of reputable clients
