Recruitment Consultant (Part Time)

TalentVibes seeks a highly motivated freelance recruiter to source, interview, and place candidates, and develop new business. This remote role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Source and interview candidates through various channels. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates. • Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating closely with HR for new hires. • Develop new business opportunities through cold calls and engaging with new clients. Requirements: • CEI Certificate is a must • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational & time management skills. • Prior recruitment experience preferred (training provided).
