About this role
We are seeking a results-driven and compliant Recruitment Professional to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for our growing enterprise. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Singapore’s labor laws and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, ensuring our hiring practices remain fair, efficient, and high-performing. Having the expexperience of Singapore Government In-sourcing manpower process will be a good advantage. Key Responsibilities: • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job profiling and sourcing to final offer negotiation and onboarding. • Compliance Management: Ensure all hiring activities strictly adhere to the Employment Agencies Act and Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP). • MOM Liaison: Facilitate work pass applications (EP, S-Pass, WP) and ensure accuracy in administrative filings on the MOM portal. • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers regarding market salary benchmarks, talent availability, and hiring timelines. • Pipeline Building: Utilize MCF, LinkedIn, and internal databases to build a robust pipeline of local and global talent, focusing on niche skill sets. Requirements: • Mandatory: Must possess a valid Certificate of Intermediaries (CEI) (Basic or KAH). • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment within Singapore. • Deep knowledge of the Employment Act and the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF). • Proven track record in managing work pass applications and regulatory documentation. • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior management.
