You will lead the translation of program design into real, actionable change and readiness interventions at a regional level across Singapore, China, Korea, Japan, Chicago and Frankfurt – ensuring business leaders, program team sand impacted stakeholders across the region understand what is changing, what it means for their business, and what is required for successful adoption. Operating at the intersection of the program, process and business, you will bring a deep understanding of the Commercial business, have prior experience working across workforce and behavioural change projects within mining organisations, and knowledge in associated SAP S/4HANA functionality to shape credible, practical change approaches. You will be a trusted connector between the transformation program and the business, using strong relationships and insight into the evolving stakeholder landscape to drive alignment, ownership and readiness. This is a critical role for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution discipline, and who can engage senior stakeholders with confidence while staying grounded in operational reality. Reporting to the Modern ERP Move and SELL GPO Workstream Lead, as the design and decision authority for Move & Sell reporting within agreed governance guardrails you will: Reporting into the Modern ERP program change leadership team, you will: • Lead regional change and readiness strategy across the region (Singapore, China, Korea, Japan, Chicago and Frankfurt) ensuring alignment to program priorities and business realities. • Translate SAP S/4HANA design, process changes and system functionality into clear, role-relevant business impacts and readiness actions. • Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with project teams, business stakeholders and senior leaders across the region. • Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving stakeholder landscape, including shifting priorities, sensitivities, regional nuances and leadership dynamics. • Act as the regional interface between the program and the business, ensuring two-way flow of insight, feedback and decision making. • Drive local readiness planning across stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, workforce considerations and go-live preparation. • Facilitate high-quality workshops and engagements that create alignment, surface risk and build ownership across complex or sensitive change topics. • Shape executive-ready messaging and leadership material that enables clear, confident and consistent communication of change. • Identify and manage change risks, dependencies and adoption barriers, ensuring visibility and practical mitigation actions. • Contribute to the insights required to inform workforce analysis and planning insights within the region. • Ensure readiness approaches are tailored to different regions, functions and stakeholder groups based on context and maturity. What you will need for the role To succeed in this role, you will have: • Relevant Bachelor Degree qualifications in Human Resources/Employment Relations. • Demonstrated experience leading regional change and readiness for large-scale transformation, including SAP S/4HANA or equivalent programs. • Strong understanding of Commercial/Move& Sell operations, including core processes related to Order-to-Cash and Deal-to-Contract. • Understanding of cultural practices and differentiated engagement tactics across Singapore, China, Korea, Japan, Chicago and Frankfurt populations. • Proven ability to translate system and process design into clear business impacts at role, team and functional level. • Deep stakeholder management capability, with experience building and maintaining relationships across project teams, senior leaders and regional business stakeholders. • Strong awareness of the stakeholder landscape across this specific region, with the ability to anticipate shifting priorities, resistance points and engagement needs. • Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures, adapting approach while maintaining alignment to program objectives. • Experience with employee workforce analysis, future skilling, and capability matrices. • Experience building team capability and change leadership competency across an employee base, delivering uplift and coaching interventions as required. • Experience in designing and delivering training and coaching programs to enable others to deliver strong learning experiences to impacted end users. • Strong facilitation capability, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder environments requiring alignment and psychological safety. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft executive-ready material and leadership messaging. • Experience identifying and managing change risks, including maintaining traceability and ensuring issues are framed for action. • Fluency in both English and French, enabling effective collaboration with global program team and Atlantic business stakeholders.
