Regional Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Manager (Pharma APAC) #HDC

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on procurement professional to lead sourcing initiatives, optimize supplier partnerships, and deliver impactful cost-saving solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day procurement operations and ensure efficient purchasing activities across the region • Drive strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management to achieve optimal value • Review procurement decisions, purchase orders, and vendor agreements to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness • Develop and enhance procurement policies, workflows, and SOPs to support business growth • Mentor and guide the procurement team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement • Manage supplier escalations relating to pricing, delivery, and service quality • Lead procurement transformation and cost optimization projects, including indirect spend initiatives • Monitor purchase price variance (PPV) and provide accurate forecasting and financial reporting for business reviews • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with operational objectives • Support operational initiatives, continuous improvement activities, and site-level projects Requirements • Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline • At least 5 years of procurement, purchasing, or strategic sourcing experience • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry will be advantageous • Familiarity with SAP systems preferred • Strong Excel and analytical skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment Interested applicants, please send your resume to leonleong@recruitexpress.com.sg with the subject title: Regional Procurement Manager Leon Leong De Cong R1551708 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No. 99C4599
