[Remote] Claims Executive

Remote Candidate Submissions: remote@pave-group.comAbout This RoleThis is a high-volume claims processing role requiring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency. You will process claim submissions to third-party providers and insurance partners, meeting strict processing targets and quality standards. You will be expected to work independently, manage your workload effectively, and contribute to a well-functioning operations team. Key Responsibilities• Process claim submissions to third-party providers and insurance partners accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with applicable fee schedules and schemes. • Complete all claim submissions within two (2) business days from the date of invoice. • Achieve daily processing targets of a minimum of 80 cases (Monday–Friday) and 40 cases (Saturdays). • Maintain claim accuracy of at least 95% on all submissions. Quality is non-negotiable; volume targets are achieved through accurate processing only. • Prepare regular reports summarising claims processed,key performance indicators, and system status. • Analyse data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and potential improvements in claims processing workflows. • Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company, including system troubleshooting and data reconciliation.
