Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent across scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements. • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and niche life sciences talent channels. • Build and maintain strong pipelines for roles across pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical research, and medical affairs domains. • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS systems. • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire. • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the life sciences sector. • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring standards. Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or related field. • Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare domains. • Strong understanding of scientific and healthcare terminology and job functions is preferred. • Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment tools. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong sourcing and negotiation abilities with a proactive approach.
