Research Assistant

Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Orchard MRT or Great World MRT) Contract Period: 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 (option to extend) Working Hours: • Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm • Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm • Service not required on weekends and public holidays Job scope: • Gather and analyse data and feedback through various modalities such as engaging stakeholders, and managing surveys and focused group discussions • Code and verify quantitative and qualitative data in accordance with specified research protocols and coding procedures • Document key processes of research or evaluation work • Monitor progress and providing regular updates Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in Market Research, Data Science, Data Engineering or similar  • Trained in Data Science and possess working knowledge of Statistics, Measurement and Research • At least 1 year of relevant experience in conducting research and data analytics • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially MS Excel • Proficient with analytical and statistical software and database management such as Tableau We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
