The Research Associate is expected to conduct high-quality research, publish in leading journals, and contribute to pedagogical innovation research aimed at improving the learning experience in the Modelling and Control course Key Responsibilities: • Conduct advanced research in autonomous systems, learning-based control, and pedagogical innovation for Modelling and Control. • Develop and implement novel distributed control strategies for networked cyber-physical systems. • Publish high-quality research findings in leading international journals. • Prepare reports and related documentation for pedagogical innovation projects aimed at enhancing the learning experience in Modelling and Control. Job Requirements: • Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields. • Solid Mathematical and Programming skills. • Strong expertise in control theory. • Strong publication track record. • Self-Motivated and takes initiative • Independent and can work well with a team • Ability to adapt to changing priorities • Good written and oral communication skills.
