Job DescriptionThe Research Intern will support executive search projects within the built environment sector through market research, candidate identification, and recruitment coordination. This role provides exposure to industry-focused recruitment, talent research, and how organisations hire professionals and leadership talent within construction, property, and engineering sectors or even banking and finance. We are looking for immediate starters who can work for a minimum of 3 months. Key Responsibilities• Conduct market and talent research • Identify and shortlist potential candidates for executive search assignments • Support resume screening and candidate profiling • Assist in preparing candidate profiles and search reports for client presentations • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the process • Maintain recruitment trackers, research databases, and documentation • Provide administrative and research support to consultants Job Requirements• Interest in recruitment, executive search, or the specific industry sectors • Strong organisational and communication skills • Detail-oriented and comfortable with research work • Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines • Responsible and willing to learn Why Join UsGain exposure to executive search and industry-focused recruitment.
