Job Title: Research Officer Working Days & Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm & Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm⏰ (Including 1-hour break) Job Responsibilities: Support research studies using psychology and behavioural science knowledge Conduct literature reviews and prepare research reports Collect and analyse research data Present research findings through presentations and training sessions Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for research activities Support publication-related work Maintain proper documentation and ensure safe record keeping Any other duties as assigned Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s degree (Honours preferred) in Psychology or related field ✔ 1 year experience in psychology / behavioural sciences preferred ✔ Good writing, analytical & communication skills ✔ Team player with good collaboration skills ✔ Basic knowledge of statistics and statistical software
