Research & Operations Assistant (Intern)

Nexus Bridge AI PTE. LTD. We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Research & Operations Assistant to work directly with the founder on digital growth and business projects. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys research, problem solving, TikTok ecosystem trends and startup environments. Key Responsibilities: • Research latest TikTok trends, platform updates and growth opportunities • Monitor TikTok policies and identify new features or business opportunities • Conduct online research and gather information for business initiatives • Support merchant onboarding and account setup • Assist with TikTok Shop setup, product listings and store management • Coordinate with clients regarding content requirements and project progress • Support operational and administrative tasks • Assist in testing new ideas and growth strategies Requirements: • Strong research and problem-solving mindset • Comfortable using ChatGPT, Google and digital tools • Good communication skills in English • Mandarin is a plus • Able to work independently • Polytechnic / University students welcome • Strong attention to detail • Interest in TikTok, AI and digital marketing preferred Benefits: • Flexible working arrangement • Direct exposure to startup and business growth projects • Opportunity for long-term conversion to full-time role
