Resident Technical Officer - C&S (Pumping Station)

Job Summary You will supervise project execution and collaborate with technical teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of engineering works, reporting directly to the Project Manager or Engineer in charge. Responsibilities • Supervise project activities and report progress and issues to the Project Manager or Engineer in charge • Establish and maintain the site office to support project operations effectively • Manage and organize project records and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility • Lead and coordinate technical personnel to complete work safely and to required standards • Conduct site supervision and inspection of works, including off-site manufacturing, testing, and inspections, ensuring compliance with quality and accuracy standards set by the Consultant team • Monitor progress at the project site and off-site manufacturing facilities, promptly reporting any delays or issues • Apply Microsoft Office skills to document, report, and communicate project status and technical details • Utilize knowledge of water and waste-water pumping installation to oversee related project components Required competencies and certifications • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent Preferred competencies and qualifications • Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil, Structural • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the engineering field Other Information • Contract duration: 24 months • Project site location: Woodlands • Able to start work by 1 Jun 2026
