Resident Technical Officer (HDB BTO)

• to carry out the supervision of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act • to co-ordinate and supervise the defects investigation and rectification Works • verify that the Contractor’s defects rectification are completed satisfactorily, or to the satisfaction of HDB; • monitor and track that the defects rectification meet the service standards set; • Keep proper site documentation and records Requirements: • BCA-registered / NCCS / BCSS • Min 3 yrs experience in the supervision of C&S/Architectural works preferably in HDB BTO projects
