About this role
Job Scope • Deliver a warm, attentive, and personalised in-store experience to all walk-in customers • Build genuine relationships with customers and represent the SOPHIA® brand with confidence • Stay up to date with all products, new launches, and ongoing promotions • Provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey from entry to checkout • Handle stock operations including receiving, replenishment, transfers, returns, and damages • Support and participate in stocktakes and ensure accurate inventory management at all times • Maintain store organisation and ensure all products are well-displayed and replenished • Uphold visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines • Maintain overall store cleanliness and presentation, including regular housekeeping • Work closely with HQ to provide timely updates on sales, stock, and customer feedback • Assist with daily store operations and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements • Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging customers of all ages • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team • Proactive, responsible, and takes initiative in daily tasks • Detail-oriented with a good eye for merchandising and presentation • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment • Able to commit to at least 2 to 3 days a week (including weekends and public holidays) • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM • Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
