Retail Executive – Retail & Online Marketing Exposure Location: 1 min from Boon Keng MRT Employment Type: Full-time (Tue–Sun, 11am–8pm) Flexibility: 1 day Work-From-Home weekly Part-time positions available About Delcie’s At Delcie’s Desserts & Cakes, we are on a mission to redefine desserts for a healthier world. Our bakes are vegan, allergy-friendly, and diabetic-conscious, created for people who want to celebrate life’s moments without compromising their health. We are looking for a Retail Executive who enjoys connecting with customers in-store, while also gaining exposure to online marketing and brand storytelling. This role works closely with the Founder and Kitchen Management Team, helping bring our products and brand values to life both in-store and online. If you’re passionate about healthier food, community, and meaningful work, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities1. Retail & Customer Experience• Provide warm and knowledgeable service to customers visiting our bakery • Share product knowledge and guide customers in choosing desserts suited to their dietary needs • Manage retail operations including cashiering, order fulfilment, and inventory support • Maintain store presentation and merchandising to reflect our brand values • Assist with packaging, product displays, and festive promotions 2. Online Content & Marketing Support• Assist with social media content creation (photos, reels, captions, testimonials) • Support email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and product launches • Help update website content and promotional materials • Participate in storytelling and brand messaging across our digital platforms 3. Community & Brand Engagement• Assist with pop-up events, workshops, and seasonal campaigns • Help coordinate collaborations with partners, media, and influencers • Support marketing initiatives that grow our health-conscious community 4.
