About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales by planning and executing promotions and service offerings to increase revenue • Oversee daily operations of the service station and retail activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness • Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive and consistent customer experience • Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of staff to build a competent team • Monitor sales data, inventory levels, and coordinate stock replenishment to maintain optimal supply • Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards to maintain a safe work environment • Handle cash flow management, prepare basic financial reports, and implement cost control measures • Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the station to uphold brand standards • Operate marketing initiatives, system operations, and coordinate loading and unloading activities • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain and partnerships • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations by proactively resolving issues and optimizing workflows Preferred competencies and qualifications • Bachelor Degree or equivalent • Experience in retail or service industry • Strong interest in retail operations or business management • Good leadership and team management skills demonstrated through managing staff • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction • Basic understanding of financial and operational management principles • Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational responsibilities • Entrepreneurial mindset to identify and pursue business opportunities
