Job Description & Requirements We are looking for a part-time Sales Assistant for one of our outlets at a local hospital. Working hours are only 4 hours a day, with a flexible start and end between 9am - 5pm. Job Summary Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging customers, assisting with product recommendations, managing order follow-ups, and supporting team activities such as photoshoots to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance. Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversation to provide consistent top-notch customer service • Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business • Proactively respond to customer queries and requests to ensure satisfaction • Assist team members and recommend products tailored to customer needs and preferences • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment • Follow up with customers on their orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction • Update and maintain the Order Management file accurately for smooth operations Preferred competencies and qualifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members • Dependable team player capable of working independently and collaboratively • Presentable and well-groomed appearance to represent the company professionally • Retail sales target oriented to contribute to branch sales goals • Passionate and cheerful disposition to enhance customer experience
