Retail Sales Associate (Saturday & Sunday, 12PM - 5PM)

Main duties and responsibilities include: • Welcoming and directing customers as they enter the furniture gallery • Advising and assisting customers in finding products that fit their needs • Providing information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing • Handling transactions by processing card payments • Maintaining a clean and organized environment • Handling customer complaints and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction • Implementing promotions and visual merchandising according to company standards • Helping to maximize sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
