Retail Sales Associate

Retail Brand Ambassador At Sunday Bedding, we believe great sleep starts with a great experience. We're looking for a seasoned Retail Brand Ambassador who knows how to own the floor, connect with customers, and drive sales. What You'll Do • Be the face of Sunday Bedding in-store, guiding customers through their purchase journey with quiet confidence and vast product knowledge • Process transactions and create orders accurately using our POS system (experienced with Shopify interface is a plus!) • Partner with Operations to manage inventory — receiving stock, flagging replenishments, keeping the floor well-stocked • Support and assist in the execution of in-store events, from setup to customer engagement on the day • Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the Sunday Bedding brand What We're Looking For • At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience (plus points for home goods and/or bedding experience) • A natural with customers: warm, composed and approachable • Organized and clear communicator, comfortable coordinating across teams • Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred • Start date from July 2026 onwards The Role • Part Time: 2 weekdays + 1 weekend shift minimally • Hourly rate: Weekday ($12/h) / Weekend & PH ($13.50/h) • Joo Chiat Shifts: Weekday (11am to 8pm / 11am to 3.30pm / 3.30pm to 8pm) Weekend (10am to 8pm / 10am to 3.30pm / 3.30pm to 8pm) • Holland Village Shifts: 10am to 7pm / 10am to 2.30pm / 2.30pm to 7pm
