Project Leadership of the Annual Compensation Cycle• Co-lead the end-to-end annual compensation review cycle with the Regional Rewards team, covering planning, system setup, execution, and post-cycle evaluation. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation. • Facilitate project steering committee meetings, provide regular progress updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and support key decision-making. • Identify potential risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery. System Design, Configuration and Governance• Translate compensation philosophy and annual cycle requirements into comprehensive business requirements for the compensation platform. • Lead system design and configuration in collaboration with HR Technology to ensure the platform meets business requirements effectively. • Define and oversee the data architecture and process flow within the compensation system, ensuring appropriate data definitions, validation rules, and system integrity. • Manage all testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure calculation accuracy, data integrity, and an optimal user experience. Country Engagement and Policy Consolidation• Partner with regional countries and branches to consolidate local compensation policies, practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment within the system design. • Oversee compliance and approval workflows to ensure adherence to internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements. Vendor Management and Reporting• Serve as the primary liaison with the system vendor for system enhancements, issue resolution, and configuration updates. • Collaborate with vendors and HR Technology teams to deliver required system functionalities, dashboards, and reporting capabilities for managers, HR, and senior leadership. • Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, meaningful, and aligned with business requirements. Future State Planning• Act as a key subject matter expert for integration initiatives between compensation platforms and HRIS systems. • Partner with HR Technology project teams to represent Rewards requirements and ensure future HRIS configurations are aligned with business needs. Leadership and Influence• Lead through influence as a senior project lead and subject matter expert, partnering with stakeholders across functions and countries. • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Rewards, HR Technology, Finance, and HR leadership teams. Change Management• Review and recommend processes to drive consistent implementation across countries and business units. • Evaluate phased rollout approaches for each country to ensure alignment with overall project objectives. • Support and guide local HR teams through change management and implementation of the annual compensation system.
