Job Summary Resolve customer inquiries and manage order processes while coordinating with suppliers and supporting business operations through effective communication and administrative skills. Responsibilities • Resolve customer inquiries and feedback via email and social media to ensure customer satisfaction • Manage placement of manual orders, process refunds, and handle exchanges accurately to maintain smooth transactions • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate timely order deliveries and ensure supply chain efficiency • Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistent service standards • Provide administrative and logistic support to facilitate business activities and operations • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business requirements Preferred competencies and qualifications • Demonstrate good command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders clearly and professionally • Show familiarity with CRM systems and practices to manage customer relationships efficiently • Apply ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment • Maintain a positive working attitude and strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration • Work effectively both as a team player and independently to achieve business goals • Minimum educational qualification of A levels, Diploma or above Other Information • Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents need apply
