Your new company Be a part of a global trading and marketing organization involved in the distribution of metals and mineral resources across international markets. Your new role Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales administration, coordinating across global stakeholders, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across functions. •        Monitoring and managing customer and internal queries (email and phone) •        Capturing and maintaining accurate data related to pricing, production, quality, shipments, and collections •        Updating revenue commitments(Provisional vs Final Pricing) monthly •        Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements •        Supporting pricing processes, including drafting and sending price offers •        Supporting contract management, including tracking, reviewing, and issuing agreements and amendments What you need •        Atleast 2 years’ experience in sales administration, logistics coordination, or commercial support roles •        Experience working with ERP systems •        Strong organizational and documentation management skills •        Ability to work flexibly across different time zones •        Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of operational activities What you'll get in return •        Opportunity to work in a global trading and metals environment •        Exposure to international stakeholders and cross-border operations •        Competitive compensation and benefits package What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or emailtanvi.krishna@hays.com.sg for a confidential discussion.
