We're looking for a commercially sharp Sales & Business Development Executive to own B2B enterprise outreach, drive net-new revenue, building an outbound pipeline beyond our existing tender channels and closing deals across our services. Job Description: • Execute lead generation strategies across cold calling, email, social media, and industry events • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitching and closing deals • Generate net-new business through proactive outreach, referrals, networking, and partnerships — with a specific mandate to build non-tender, inbound, and recurring revenue streams • Run multi-channel lead generation: targeted outreach, email, social, and industry events • Own the full sales cycle end to end — prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing • Develop and present tailored proposals and creative campaign concepts that win • Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets; own your pipeline and forecast • Build long-term client relationships as a trusted point of contact • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and retainer/continuity opportunities to grow client lifetime value and convert one-off projects into recurring revenue • Reactivate and grow relationships with past and dormant clients • Maintain disciplined CRM records, pipeline hygiene, and weekly reporting on performance, forecast, and client insight • Translate won work into clear briefs for the delivery team, then hand off cleanly — your focus stays on selling, not project-managing • Track competitor activity and market shifts; feed insight back into sales strategy and our service offering Requirements: • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales or business development experience • Strong understanding (or willingness to learn fast) in events and media production industry • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and disciplined • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Proactive mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve problems • Ambition to grow into a leadership role
