Job SummarySales Coordinators drive sales processes by managing orders, leading B2B corporate sales, managing regional client portfolios, and driving sales growth for office furniture manufacturers. This role demands precision, customer focus, and a passion for furniture solutions. Key Responsibilities• Process customer inquiries and quotes within 24 hours to capture sales opportunities. • Schedule product demonstrations and site visits with clients to showcase furniture options. • Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate terms to minimize receivables. • Assist sales team in preparing customized proposals and presentations. • Identifying market trends, expanding client networks, and meeting revenue targets. Requirements• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 2+ years in sales coordination, preferably in furniture, interior design firm or manufacturing. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM (e.g., Salesforce). • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
