Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and capable of driving sales performance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation • Manage and grow existing client accounts to achieve sales targets • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services • Monitor market trends and competitor activities Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (fresh grads with strong drive may be considered) • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
