We are looking for an Interior Designer who gets just as excited about hitting a sales target as they do about a perfect mitre joint. Who You Are: You have a diploma and equivalent in Interior Design, but more importantly, you have a hunger. You don’t wait for leads to fall into your lap. You convert consultations into contracts. You can sell a vision, back it up with a floor plan, and then roll up your sleeves to make sure the contractors don’t mess it up. What You’ll Own: • The Hunt: Deep-dive client consultations to pull out their unspoken needs. • The Vision: Killer concepts that balance insane aesthetics with real-world function. • The Blueprint: Space planning, FF&E selection, and technical drawings that contractors can actually follow. • The Chaos Coordinating: Juggling vendors, budgets, and timelines so nothing slips. • The Close: Hitting (and crushing) sales targets because you know your design is worth the investment. The Non-Negotiables: ✅ Diploma in Interior Design or a related field ✅ A portfolio that proves you have “flair” (not just software skills) ✅ A self-starting, sales-driven motor (we don’t do micromanagement) ✅ Fluent in Mandarin (our client base is diverse, and you’ll need to schmooze in more than one language) ✅ Problem-solving grit (when the tile arrives broken, you don’t panic—you pivot) The Catch: You have to actually enjoy talking to people.
