About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Assistant to support our sales and marketing activities. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a proactive, can-do attitude, we'd love to hear from you! Prepare invoices and regular reports for customers. Manage incoming calls and email inquiries professionally. Plan, create, and update content for the Transco-Pac website to expand brand awareness and attract both customers and local talent. Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters) that support the sales team's outreach efforts. Manage and grow our presence on social media and other digital channels, tailoring content for our B2B and recruitment audiences. Collaborate with the recruitment team to strengthen employer branding — including job posts, careers page content, and candidate-facing communications. Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
