Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore Department: Commercial Reports to: Sales Merchandising Manager What You’ll Do A. Responsible for contributing to achieving sales targets established for his/her team. • Achieve sales team target set by week/ month. • Ensure that customers are aware and updated on full range of products available. • Sell in consumer/trade promotions and offer pricing planned for the specific period. • Recommend orders by SKU to store manager based on stock replenishment, promotions for that week/month and delivery date. • Submit orders (for fountain and direct deliver customers) to Sales Admin. • Negotiate and secure prominent display areas and additional space as well as placement of equipment (racks, coolers etc). • Provide regular feedback on competitive activities, promotions and new products in the market. • Build rapport with store personnel, manager, supervisor, floor staff and stacker. • Handle customer complaints and requests. Refer to Sales Executives if problem persists. B. Responsible for achieving merchandising standards set • Maintain display space on beverage aisle, racks, coolers etc. according to merchandising standards agreed. • Ensure that display space is fully stocked and replenished. • Build block displays during key selling periods or in line with promotions planned. • Ensure price communicator (either CCSB’s or customer’s own) on all our products. • Display POSM (point of sales materials) to ensure maximum visibility in-store. • Practice First-In-First-Out (FIFO) on stocks to ensure that products are within expiry dates. • Ensure that backroom stock is also properly stacked and kept in good condition. • Handle products with care to reduce ullages. What We’re Looking For • Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels, NITEC, or equivalent; Diploma holders are an advantage. • 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG industry preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with store personnel and internal teams. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
