Sales Specialist (6 Months | Up to $13/hr + commissions)

Job Summary Provide end-to-end customer support and sales for vehicle rentals by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable vehicles, and managing reservations. The role focuses on driving sales through walk-ins, calls, emails, and online leads, while building strong product knowledge to upsell additional services such as insurance and bundles. It also involves handling rental documentation accurately and nurturing long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and prompt issue resolution. Responsibilities • Deliver customer support by assisting rental customers in selecting vehicles that meet their specific needs, personal preferences, and defined budget constraints. • Drive sales engagement by interacting with walk-in customers, answering inquiries via phone or email, and converting online leads into confirmed appointments to achieve defined sales goals. • Develop product expertise by gaining in-depth knowledge of the vehicles available for rental, company policies, insurance options, and all additional services offered. • Perform reservation handling by managing reservations, accurately processing rental agreements, and completing all related administrative tasks in an efficient and organized manner. • Execute upselling & cross-selling by identifying opportunities to promote additional services, including insurance coverage, vehicle protection plans, or company's bundles/packages, to support customer satisfaction and revenue growth. • Support customer relationship management by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, following up on their experiences, and addressing concerns promptly to encourage long-term customer loyalty.
